As a Customer Sales Satisfaction Agent (Spanish Bilingual), you will handle inbound customer calls, provide professional assistance, resolve concerns, and promote store engagement. The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of Spanish bilingual experience
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Strong commitment to delivering friendly and professional service
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, including navigating mobile devices and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Your Daily Tasks

  • Perform daily tasks with a positive attitude aligned with company values: Respect, Help, Learn, and Grow
  • Answer inbound customer phone calls
  • Interact with customers and deliver helpful, professional assistance
  • Evaluate customer concerns and provide actionable solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collect customer information and encourage store traffic
  • Educate customers on events, promotions, and relevant updates
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
  • Learn new skills, support teammates, and assist with additional tasks as needed
